Goal-oriented with over 20 years of experience in training protocol development and policy implementation. Accustomed to analyzing company needs and developing long-term solutions to meet personnel and company objectives.
Mrs. Monika Thacker
A dedicated and passionate school volunteer with years of hands-on experience supporting educational and community-building initiatives. Acted as the Parent Diversity Advisory Council Liaison, advocating for inclusivity and cultural awareness within the school community. Co-chaired major school events such as Multicultural Night and the Science Fair, fostering collaboration among students, parents, and staff. Known for building strong relationships, creating welcoming spaces, and championing diversity through meaningful engagement and leadership. My motto is: "Kindness is the simplest gift we can offer — and the one that changes everything.

A beauty advisor and nursing student at her local community college, she is passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin. With experience in nonprofit work through high school internships, she’s excited to continue giving back as a mentor with Care4World. Combining her love for beauty with her commitment to health and wellness, Carli empowers others to take pride in their health, hygiene, and self-care. She believes that feeling good starts with caring for yourself — and she’s thrilled to be part of a community that makes that possible for everyone.
